This millstone on Queen Anne's Ride was was carved at Stanage Edge, Derbyshire. It commemorates the replanting of 1,000 trees along the avenue in 1992 to mark 1,000 years of the Office of High Sheriff, Currently held by the Duke of Edinburgh.
