The members of the firm were:Asa Peck, with Leander R. Peck, until 1878, when the late \\alter A. Peckbecame a member. Asa Peck retired some years before his death, andWalter A. in 1899. On Jan. i, 1903, the firm was incorporated, under thename of Asa Peck & Company, Incorporated, the officers being: LeanderR. Peck, president and treasurer; Frederick S. Peck, assistant treasurerand secretary (became treasurer); G. Ploward Smith, vice-president:
