Recovery Team Two executed excavation operations in search of a missing Navy pilot from the Vietnam War who went missing when his aircraft crashed during a night armed reconnaissance mission 44 years ago. DPAA’s mission is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel, their families and the nation.
