PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 10, 2018) - An AS-332 Super Puma helicopter transports stores from the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Wally Schirra (T-AKE 8) to the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) during a vertical replenishment. Wasp, flagship of Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, with embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
