ISLAND OF EIGG, SCOTLAND - 31st OCTOBER 2007: Maggie Fyffe, 58, in the front garden of her house. She has lived in the island for 31 years and is the admin secretary for the Isle of Eigg Heritage Trust. "There is a lot of paperwork - the Trust has three subsidiary companies and I look after all the books for all of them. The impact on the community of buying the island in 1997 has been huge and has provided a lot of employment. Of all the things the Trust has done the electrification scheme is the one that has had unanimous approval. "In our house we have never had a generator, just a small hydro that produces 500 watts, enough for lighting, a computer and my stereo.
