Fore wing irrorated with dark brown; traces of a waved subbasal line from costa to submedian fold ; an indistinct oblique slightly sinuous antemedial line; orbicular and reniform pale rufous with grey annuli, the former small, oblique, the latter with its lower end. Fig. Ho.— TriphcBna erratica, ^• t- tilled in with blackish ; the postmedial line bent outwards below costa, incurved in discal fold and below vein 4, with a series of dark points on the veins beyond it; subterminal line whitish, defined by brown on inner side, slightly excurved at vein 7 and at middle ; traces of a terminal series of points ; the inner margin and a fine line at base of cilia luteous; in the redder specimens the markings are almost obsolete.
