Order of the White Eagle - an embroidered breast star, circa 1840. Finely embroidered in gilt silver tinsel cord, gilt silver thread and sequined. Reverse with white leather covering. Diameter 82 mm. In it's gold impressed red Morocco leather case, presumably issued by Kämmerer and Keibel, the official supplier of imperial decorations from 1836 to 1841.
