A manhole through the roof is provided ateach corner and at the float chamber, and another at thecenter of the basin. The sludge beds are fifty feet square at the tops of thebanks, the banks sloping Xyi to 1 and being four feet bottom of each bed is provided with 4-inch tile drainsin parallel rows
