More than two-dozen civilian employers tour the National Museum of the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, March 15, 2019, with Airmen from the 123rd Airlift Wing and representatives of the Kentucky Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. The employers were participating in an ESGR “Bosslift,” which enhances awareness and understanding between National Guardsmen and the civilian employers for whom they work when they’re not on duty.
