A man sitting amongst thousands of apples used to make cider and throwing them into the air. Cider has hit the news due to raised taxes.
SWANSEA 3rd OCOTBER 2017 Pictured is cider maker, Richie Sauders, at the Gower Heritage Centre, where he is part of the team preparing for the forthcoming Cider Festival. The event, which is on Saturday 7th October, and Sunder the 8th, will offer visitors ciders from around the country aswell as local varieties, including the centre's own, made using a press from the 1890's and apples plucked from it's own orchard. There will also be live music, including the Fiddle Festival of Wales Fringe event.
