Spc. Derek Miller, food service specialist from Hummlestown, Pa., is first to cross the finish line of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution sponsored Peachtree 10K Road Race held at Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq, July 4. Miller finished the run, approximately miles, in 35 minutes 22 seconds. He is deployed with 4th Special Troops Battalion of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division out of Fort Bliss, Texas.
