The Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) hold the Awards for Excellence and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on the patio of in Washington, , Friday, Dec. 15, 2017. During the ceremony, NASS inducted William (Bill) Kibler and Alfonzo Drain into the NASS Hall of Fame and recognized the agency’s accomplishments as well as the outstanding work of NASS staff and National Association of State Department of Agriculture (NASDA) enumerators.
