Saint Nicolas Church is located in the Saint Cyprien neighborhood on the left bank of the Garonne River, just outside the old city walls of Toulouse. Its octagonal bell tower, rebuilt circa 1300 in a typical southern Gothic style, copying those of the Saint-Sernin basilica and the Church of the Jacobins. The church has been classified as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture since July 24 1986.
