Edinburgh, Scotland. Tue 8 October 2024. Teeside band Benefits onstage at The Wee Red Bar at Edinburgh College of Art. Benefits formed in 2019 and are Kingsley Hall (vocals) and Robbie Major (keyboards). They describe themselves as “an issues based music collective from Teesside in the North East of England” and their music merges politics, noise, hip hop, industrial rock, electronica and garage. They released their debut album ‘NAILS’ on Invada Records in April 2023. This performance was part of a European tour promoting their latest single ‘Land of the Tyrants’ which was released in Sep 2024
