Wennerresigned June 12, 1908, to take effect July 1st. August 15, 1908, the Rev. Bernard Repass, havingbeen duly called, assumed charge. Yerger ZIONS, ZION HILL Z IONS Church is located along the Bethlehemroad in the town of Zion Hill, SpringfieldTownship, Bucks County, Pa. The lot upon whichthe church is built was given to the church by Wolfe and his wife. Hannah Wolfe, in theyear 1840. The church has been a union church fromits very beginning, and was incorporated as such onthe ninth of December, The first church building was erected in the year1840, and later, in 1872, it was repaired and reno-vated at a cost of $600. In 1890, after fifty years, theold church was razed and the present brick structureerected at a cost of $4,875. The cornerstone was laidon the twenty-second of June, 1890, and the newchurch was dedicated on Sunday, May 17. 1891.
