The Munich Company, with ,000,000shares and bond capital, built and owns and operates thehorse lines; but instead of lengthening its concession,which runs only till 1907, the city made an arrangementby which it acts as a silent partner with the company. Thecompany thereupon introduced electric traction with thecitys money on the following basis: The city guaranteesthe company ,000 per annum to cover interest on its.
