PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 26, 2016) A Sailor holds the weight board, used to show the aircraft weight to the catapult control room which controls the launch pressure for the catapult, as an F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the Black Aces of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 41 launches from USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) flight deck during carrier qualifications. John C. Stennis is underway to conduct routine training and participate in National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day events in Hawaii.
