Housing action group Focus E15 held a street stall on the busy Barking Rd close to the Mayor's Newham Show from which in previous years they have been assaulted and ejected, speaking out against evictions and attacking the council and Mayor Robin Wales' failure to provide adequate housing in Newham for long-term residents while hundreds of council homes have been empty for over ten years.
