Scottish roads are considered to be amongst the worst in the UK. With high Council Tax Rates in Dundee City the roads and public walkways are a disgrace. Road surfaces are laid with cheap tarmac that crack with the high volume of traffic and bad weather. Pavements are covered with patch work and yet the Dundee City Council can spend Millions of £`s building the Waterfront Development Project.
