In designing the exterior it was the de-sire of the owner and the architect to obtaina building which would be economical toconstruct, original in conception, and color-ful in appearance. It is believed that theseobjects were accomplished. Buff walls andgreen pilasters, chosen for harmony ofcolor, present an interesting facade. Thisselection, together with the gold letters inthe companys name, produced the desiredcolor effect. Particular attention was given.
