An F-35A Lightning II attached to Hill Air Force Base, Utah, arrives to conduct an exercise on MCAS Yuma, Ariz., June 26, 2018. The exercise tested, for the first time, the interoperability of loading weapon systems between the services F-35's. The Air Force operates with the F-35A Lightning II, while the Marine Corps operates with the F-35B Lightning II.
