Nearly 100 representatives from eight nations and sevent civilian and military organizations and militaries come together for the closing ceremony of the Army Africa-led exercise, Justified Accord 17, March 24, at the Peace and Suppoty Training Center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. JA17 is an annual weeklong joint exercise that brings together Army personnel, African partners, allies and international organizations to promote interoperability between participating nations for peacekeeping operations in the East Africa region.
