This form is much more numerous than the typic form; it was three times taken by the "Ingolf" : St. 33: 6f57'N., 55°3o'W., 66 m., temp. °. 1 spec. St. 37: 6o°i7'N., 54°05'W., 3230 m., temp. 5 spec. N. of Iceland: St. 125: 68°o8'N., i6°02'W., 1373 m., temp. -^ °. I? with ova, 20 mm. A certain number of the localities below are mentioned by H. J. Hansen 1887. Greenland without special locality: 2 spec. (Holboll and Morch ded.); 2 specimens, among a number of typic specimens, determined by Schiodte. W. Greenland: Godthaab 15—18 m., 3 spec.
