The race is part of the British Cycling Elite National Circuit Series round 3 of the 2014 British Cycling Elite Circuit Series. The race was won by Graham Briggs of Rapha Condor JLT. The event took place using roads within the Town Centre of Colne. The course was be lined with barriers on both sides of the road. The start and finish area being in Market Street. The whole course was approximately 850 metres in length with Riders will travelling clockwise around the course turning right into Craddock Road, continue into Post Office Yard, right into Walton Street, right again into Church Street and on into Market street, completing one lap at the Start / Finish line.
