After making landfall Harvey weakened to a tropical storm and became a slow-moving system that deluged the greater Houston area with rain, causing catastrophic flooding. Image obtained by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA's Terra and Aqua satellites on 26th August 2017.
