TAKEN IN 2001 THIS IMAGE IS OF THE SECOND TIMBER CIRLE FOUND AND PREDATES BY DATE OF CONSTRUCTION THE SEAHENGE THAT WAS EXCAVATED AND PRESERVED. THESE ARTIFACTS HAVE SINCE BEEN WASHED AWAY AND LOST. SEAHENGE RELATES TO HOLME 1 AND THE ABOVE IS CALLED/DESCRIBED AS HOLME 2 Two four foot logs 5ft apart Each has indentation in the centre like a saddle This bronze age construction was found in Jan 2001 and is 100m to the East of the original Seahenge It is 7 across and the circle is made of oak wattle fencing The two large horizontal logs have since disappeared by tidal action.
