The weight of cloth most fashionable isdeliciously light and soft, and lends itself mostperfectly to the present styles. The long plainskirt of circular design requires the skill ofan artist at dressmaking to be turned out toperfection, but the result is so satisfactorythat the cost of such service docs not K«mexcessive.
