Recruits of Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, finish a three-mile run during an inventory physical fitness test at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, May 16. The run was the second portion of the event, after the pull-ups and before conducting crunches. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Lima Company is scheduled to graduate June 10.
