FLOYD BENNETT FIELD-- Col. Ray Shields, Director of Joint Staff for the New York National Guard thanks Sgt. Jackson from the Pennsylvania National Guard for his excellent work at the government vehicle refuel point being run at Floyd Bennett Field . Jackson was instrumental in making the refuel mission with Air and Army National Guard and civilian equipment work. His ability to figure it out allowed the National Guard to take bulk fuel from commercial DLA tankers and put it into our refueling assets. He also help convert several national guard assets to commercial unleaded retail refuelers.
