Air Force Col. Jaime Hernandez, 753rd Test and Evaluation Group commander, presents Air Force Lt. Col. Brian Stiles, outgoing 72nd Test and Evaluation Squadron commander, the Meritorious Service Medal and the Aerial Achievement Medal during the 72nd TES change of command ceremony, June 3, 2022, Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.
