Signalman Third Class Higer Johnston runs the naviagational signal "ball-diamond-ball" up the mast to warn other ships that USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) is under restricted maneuvering conditions during an underway replenishment with US Naval Ships (USNS) Concord (T-AFS 5) and USNS Pecos (T-AO 197). TRUMAN is on station in the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation SOUTHERN WATCH. SOUTHERN WATCH establishes a southern no fly zone over Iraq and extends to the borders to just south of Baghdad, capital city of Iraq. Base: USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75)
