Curls Neck Farm is a Mecca for tourists in this section. (85). Westbrook Sanitorium (87) \\est)irook Sanatorium was opened four years ago. The institution is located just outside the newcity limits, in the Gintcr Park suburb, and is easily accessible from the city by the Lakeside car line, orthe Richmond and Chesapeake Bay electric line. .All cars stop at the Westbrook entrance. The grounds consist of thirty acres, beautifully laid ofif by drives and walk-ways, and covered bynative and imported trees, flowers and shrubbery. There are seven buildings, affording altogether rooms for seventy-five patients. One large buildingprovides fifteen unusually large rooms for women ; another building recently constructed, furnishes roomsfor thirty men, and in addition to these large buildings there are five cottages of from four to twelverooms each. Most of the rooms have running hot and cold water; built-in wardrobes, call bells, andmany have private baths, and a few have private porticoes.
