A double-barrelled percussion rifle, Störmer in Herzberg, circa 1810. Browned, side-by-side Damascus barrels with a patent breech-plug and eight-groove rifled bores in mm calibre. Silver front sight and dovetailed iron rear sight. Converted percussion locks engraved with floral and hunting designs. Folding nipple protector. Each lock plate displays the gold-filled marks, "STÖRMER HERZBERG" . Beautiful walnut half stock with a patchbox and chequered small of the stock.
