Cobra Gold 18 is an annual exercise conducted in the Kingdom of Thailand from Feb. 13-23 with seven full participating nations. Bailey, a Giles County, Virginia native, is a radio operator with Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division.
