American Beauty roses and asparagus. The debutante bouquet of orchids and lilv of the valley cost ^100. Geo. H. Angermueller has a fine supply of orchids, American Beauty roses and other flowers. His Christ- mas supply of novelties is unlimited and his stock in general is of the very best. The meeting next Thursday of the St. Louis Florists' Club promises to be one of unusual interest. Sixty members are invited to the Shaw Ijanquet in the evening. The Wm. G. Smith Wholesale Floral Co. is doing an immense trade in cut flowers of local production. This firm is also very heavily stocked in Christmas goods. Charlie Young and Wm. C. Smith will entertain R. A'incent, Jr., presi- dent of the S. A. F., during his visit next Thursday. The Windier Wholesale Floral Co. is receiving a good supply of espe- cially fine lily of the valley and roses. Samuel Seligman. with Wertheimer Bros., Neu' York, is with us. He is doing a rushing business. Edw. L. Loyet has sold out to Ju- lius Schaeffer, formerly with the Ayres Floral Co. Fred Alves, manager at Geo. H. An- germuellers', has been serving on jury duty all week. We regret to announce the death of Francis Fillmore, father of F. J. Fillmore. W. F. Cleveland. COOD.
