Many Afghan families have fled their homes because of violence and are living in desperate conditions in the Chahrai Qambar camp in Kabul. They live in slum-like refugee camps, with little access to water, food, decent shelter, healthcare or education and with little help from the government. The families in the camp share few hand-pumps for water.
