Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros and Katyucia Hoshino have been officially crowned the world's shortest couple in London this morning. The pair - measuring under 70ins in height combined - had their record verified by Guinness World Records at St Thomas's Hospital in central London. Paulo, 30, who is just tall, has diastrophic dysplasia dwarfism while 26-year-old Katyucia, in height, has achondroplasia dwarfism.
