Puerto Rico Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Richard Sanchez, 1010th Engineer Company, 130th Engineer Battalion, provides hand signals to the scoop-loader operator prior to removing debris and mud from a local road in Cayey, Puerto Rico, Aug. 28. The 130th was tasked with clearing the road after heavy rains caused a mud slide following Tropical Storm Irene. The mud-slide area was surveyed by PRNG Chief of Staff Col.
