Capt. David Adams, Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), and Brenton Grubb, fitness director at the CFAS Fleet Fitness Center (FFC), cut a ribbon at the opening of the Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS) Zone at CFAS FFC April 22, 2022. NOFFS provides a human performance training system for the Navy through custom and pre-designed workouts, NOFFS Zones, education and fueling strategies.
