A charter commission, elected last year, is now pre-paring a new charter for Cincinnati, which is to be sub-mitted to the vote of the people this year, and, we hope,will be adopted. This commission is fortunately com-posed of broad-minded men who are fully alive to thebest interests of the medical college and the New Hos-pital, and it may interest you to know how they proposeto safeguard both.
