A Wades Bridge at Drimmin Glen Shero Inverness-shire
A pass at the southwestern end of the Monadhliath Mountains in Highland Council Area, the Corrieyairick Pass follows a routeway from the upper reaches of the River Spey north of Loch Laggan to the head of Glen Tarff which feeds into the Great Glen. The 18th-century military road builder General Wade followed this route, which rises to a height of 764m (2507 feet), in constructing a road to Fort Augustus. To the north of the pass, Corrieyairick Hill rises to 896m (2922 feet).
