A strong breeze springs up about ten oclock every morn-ing and continues till about four in the afternoon. This freshocean air, locally and popularly called The Doctor, gives freemedical aid to all. The immediate and pleasant result of the Doc-tors visit is the preservation of health and conservation of comfort. It is very interesting to walk about the streets of Kingston andwatch the people going about their every-day avocations.
