Led by Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Boudnik, the AR-MEDCOM Command Sergeant Major, the group has performed an extensive array of pre-execution tasks and procedures prior to the event start. "If we plan ahead, plan accordingly and make sure that we have assistance on every station, we can always execute and proceed with our mission," said Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Michael Bennett, a practical nursing specialist and readiness NCO for AR-MEDCOM. For this year's iteration of the event, nine entrants will compete against one another for the titles of Best NCO and Best Junior Soldier of 2023 AR-MEDCOM BWC. "I believe that our common goal for this event is to give the competitors the best experience and the most realistic experience that they can have, and to set them up for success at the USARC competition," said Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Laura Mulrooney, military police and Protection Division NCO for AR-MEDCOM. 2023 AR-MEDCOM BWC will transpire from March 29 to April 1 here, culiminating on April 2 to announce the winners.
