The demand is not at all heavy for violets, nor are they improving greatly in quality. Cattleyas are of good quality and meet all demands at present. There is no particular demand for gardenias. A few callas and Easter lilies are arriving, but in small quanti- ties. Bouvardia in pink and white is seen, but it is in small supply.
