YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 14, 2017) - Religious Programs Specialist Seaman Jaylien Washington, from Brooklyn, New York, attached to the 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), paints a child's hand at an Easter Egg Hunt held by the First Class Petty Officers Association. Blue Ridge is in an extensive maintenance period in order to modernize the ship to continue to serve as a robust communications platform in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
