Brian Weisgram, outgoing commander, McAfee United States Army Health Clinic, WSMR, with the Meritorious Service Medal for his performance as commander of McAfee Health Clinic from July 2016 to July 2017 during a change of command ceremony where Weisgram relinquished command of the clinic to Lt. Col. Kirsten Swanson at White Sands Missile Range, July 7.
