The scenario for the exercise is a simulated category 3 hurricane that makes landfall and moves through Georgia and Tennessee causing catastrophic damage. The exercise provides National Guard units from Georgia and six other states an opportunity to improve cooperation and relationships with the local, state, regional civilian, military and federal partners in preparation for emergencies and catastrophic events.
