USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63) Air Department sailors raise an aircraft barricade during flight deck drills while underway near Yokosuka, Japan, on April 18, 2008. Aircraft barricades are used to help land damaged aircraft onto the ship safely. The Kitty Hawk is on its last deployment before it is relieved by the USS George Washington (CVN-73) this summer.
