Discuss the importance of setting elevations for batter boards for formwork. This is an integral part of the foundation when building a new structure. The boards are set horizontally to support strings that outline the foundation plan of the building. Davenport is preparing the batter boards to set the formwork on the “low side” of the Maritime Training Facility. This Maritime Training Facility will provide a technical platform for facilitating maritime operational training for the Royal Moroccan Navy Special Forces. NMCB 1 operates as a part of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command and is assigned to Commander, Task Force 68 for deployment across the Naval Forces Europe-Africa area of operations to defend , allied, and partner interests.
