Bust of Caroline, Queen of England. The German Princess Caroline of Brandenburg-Ansbach was married to King George II of England. She was the mother of Princess Anne, wife of the Dutch Stadtholder Prince William IV. This bust was made one year after Caroline’s death and belonged to her daughter Anne.
